11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoRide.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoRide.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will continue to apply to the extent necessary.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
