4. Google Drive Integration

When you connect your Google Drive account for receipt storage, we access only the files and folders necessary for our service. We create a private folder called "Goride Receipts (Private)" in your Drive and store your receipts there with standardized naming conventions for tax compliance.

We do not access any other files in your Google Drive. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting the integration in our app.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your precise location and trip data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Where service providers (such as cloud hosting) process data on our behalf, they do so solely to operate our platform, under confidentiality obligations. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Tax-related documents and receipts are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

To delete your account and associated data, contact us at admin@goride.ai with the subject 'Account Deletion,' or use the account deletion option in the app's Settings where available. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (such as tax documents under CRA requirements).
